Please pray for Shimmer1. She was married in September, and in December she was diagnosed a 4th time with cancer.

Here's the message I received from Shimmer1:

[I] don’t want to leave my darling husband!! So I’m fighting it with everything I’ve got.

I’d like prayer, I’d love for our Heavenly Father to HEAL me. The drs don’t think I can be cured. They said I had 6 months, maybe. It’s been 5.

But I’m coming along, even though I’ve now got lesions in my lungs. I will keep fighting to live as long as I’ve got ANY chance.

My sister had brain cancer, the worst of the worst, 5 years ago. Today she is at the brain cancer walk in Seattle. Miracles do happen.

Heavenly Father,

Today and for the days and weeks ahead we commit to you entirely every Physician and caretaker who is attending to Shimmer’s needs....that you would enable them all to know and understand fully the track this disease is on and if there is any possible way that some form of treatment might delay and or cure it.

We know that all things work toward the good for the children of God and even in this time of uncertainty you are ever near and present....no detail passes your view or understanding...so if there is a way out of this dilemma we ask that you provide it very soon.

We also pray for Shimmer and her beloved as they face this great trial...let their hearts, minds and soul rest quietly in you for whatever the outcome might be... for your love and attention will meet them all along this path and this without wavering....May they lean on your shoulder and trust you in all things as they face the days and weeks ahead with the full knowledge that you are in charge.
