So he shot at cops, but used a knife on the victims? I’m curious to his motive if it isn’t robbery.
He probably used the ‘I’m an immigrant, can you help’ line... Speculation of course, but it appears that they must have allowed him in to their home.... How else would he gain access to such a high level, likely high security building? And he looks harmless enough. Sad day for their families and friends.

Someone made call a gunman in the building owned by Fields...by time police arrived it was too late. The doctor and his fiancée were found dead ‘after’ confrontation with shooter their hands bound and their throats slit....
..when police officers opened the door, 30-year-old Bampumim Teixeira opened fire on them....Bodies of the two murdered were then discovered.
..Shooter was admitted to hospital with non threatening wounds.
