Back about 15 years ago, my in-laws were on an outing with a group of other elderly people at a park near the ocean. A seagull swooped down as one of the men was grilling and swiped a hot dog right off the grill.
(My husband’s parents are both gone now. God rest their souls.)
My then 10yo son had on a Seahawks ballcap. A gull nailed part of his cap and face. I had a camera.....
I’ve seen one snag a steak off a grill. Small steak on a sailboat. No store open to get another steak. Fortunately lots of wine.
