This is shocking! Dozens of FReepers repeatedly assured us that United would end up suing Dao because he failed to read the fine print on his ticket which explicitly stated the unconditional right of any and all United employees and any rent-a-cops they might utilize to brutalize seated passengers for any reason the Captain chooses because of his god-like powers that exceed all other law or authority, and that any seated customer who resisted such arbitrary brutalization for any reason whatsoever was simply trolling for a big lawsuit settlement that they had been planning for weeks in advance.

United would have paid out less money to Dr. Dao, or al least to his estate, if they had let him stay on the plane and then killed him by intentionally crashing the plane.

One problem - that is not what the fine print says and there were FAA regs and Federal laws violated by United. Wonder how many zeroes were in the check amount.

Well maybe a few, but most of us recognize the stage was set for this mental case to rob another business.
Dao is a queer, a mental illness case. He sold prescriptions to meet up with other queers to vector diseases by fecal-oral transmission. This makes him a drug dealer and a huckster. He lost his license because that is a federal crime. How many times, you can contact a bud with access to his record. How many times he didn’t get caught is speculation, but habits are habits.

Yesterday I predicted this was in the wings when I read Munoz statement yesterday. There was so much admission and “reform” in the message, it spelled “settlement with Dr Dao” coming.
