An angry racist like Stephen Smith is sufficient reason to avoid ESPN.
I like him. Didn’t he ask blacks to vote Republican? Can’t be all bad.

ESPN is unwatchable due to personalities like this guy.
I don’t know his political ideology but I did hear an ESPN radio host, back in February (I was subjected to it in someone else’s automobile) begin an opinion by saying “Sorry but I am a typical northeast progressive liberal...” His female cohost interrupted and said “No need to apologize for THAT...” The topic had to do with some sort of sensation by the libs that black athletes aren’t cheered as loudly as whites. ESPN brainwashes.
It was because he thought that the Democrats were not liberal enough (not pandering enough to blacks). So out of frustration I think he made that comment, but I don't think he was super serious as he didn't take it any further.
From what little I've seen of him, he is loud, louder than just about anyone I've ever noticed on TV. He shouts or yells more than he talks.
ESPN still doesn't recognize their problem.
Stephen A. Smith is entertaining, at least, which is far more than can be said of most of ESPN’s left-wing blowhards. He’s one of the few things about the network still worth watching - quite a come-down from the days when ESPN was about Chris Berman, Tom Jackson, Chris Mortenson, Mel Kiper and...what was that other thing? Oh yeah - sports.
I agree that this loudmouth, Smith, should have been fired!
Like many others, he thinks he wins if he yells louder than anyone else. Problem is: everything he yells is nonsense.
Lay off all these obnoxious sports bums. They are a waste of broadcast time. ESPN should fold it’s tent. Who watches this trash?
Take a long look at the nose of Mortenson. Is he a black man?
