Because crime only happens everywhere else - never affected me. In fact I hate the Black Community so much lets just send them back to form an Army or Government of Thieves to Rule.

I really think there is a slight bit of difference between talking or disruption in a middle school or high school classroom and raping, robbing, and murdering someone on the street....
