Ryan Bundy sues federal government

Ryan Bundy, a son of embattled rancher Cliven Bundy who is incarcerated pending trial on conspiracy charges, has sued the federal government.

In a lawsuit filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for Nevada in Las Vegas, Bundy challenges the constitutionality of prison policies and alleges deprivation of rights after he was punished for refusing to obey those orders.

Bundy was transferred to prison in Nevada last fall after he was acquitted of conspiring to stage an armed takeover of a national wildlife refuge in Oregon. He is scheduled to stand trial later this year on separate federal conspiracy charges that result from an armed standoff near his father's ranch in Bunkerville in April 2014.

"Plantiff Bundy has been forced and threatened to undergo oppressive, intrusive, and unlawful body cavity searches multiple times per day where the clothing is removed, where his genitals are or would be exposed to Defendant Doe's during these multifarious and nonconsensual intrustions against his fifth, eighth and fourteenth amendment rights," Bundy, who is representing himself, wrote in the lawsuit.

"Plantiff Bundy has been forced and threatened to bend over and expose his anus spreading his butt cheeks wide open while Defendant Doe's peer up into Mr. Bundy's rear body cavity hundreds of times," he wrote.....

"On or around March 20, 2017, Plantiff Bundy refused to undergo any further strip/body cavity searches imposed upon his person," Bundy wrote in his filing. He said prison officials "continue to punish" his decision to refuse to be strip searched by "keeping him locked down in disciplinary segregation for twenty-four hours a day, with no opportunity for meaningful daily exercise."...

Ryan Bundy is suing while Ammon Bundy is continuing to just resist by refusing to submit to body cavity searches at the Southern Nevada Detention Center in Pahrump.

Ammon Bundy called from his 11 by 7 foot solitary cell with the phone shoved through the hole last Friday.

He said among other things...."There is nobody in history, nobody that has, that has preserved rights and brought good to this world that was compliant, nobody.....

the first Martin Luther to Martin Luther King Jr....you know to Daniel....none of them accepted the wrong that was happening...and they made a difference."

How will justice ever be done in this case. In my opinion the federal prison system needs to go away.

What is AG Sessions and Pres. Trump’s stand on this? It appears to be sexual assault and torture.

They need to act on this.

Among the other prisoners in Nevada, Jerry Delemus.

Delemus was at Bunkerville in 2014, then was co-chair of Veterans for Trump in New Hampshire. Then he was arrested last year.

Delemus has supporters in the Granite State and they will be on the steps of the New Hampshire State House this Saturday at 1pm.

The rally is in support of President Trump and in support of Nevada prisoner Jerry Delemus.

Generally speaking, the bottom line answer to just about
everything sinister is . . . $$$$$$$$$$ The Almighty
Dollar. . . is it “grazing or watering fees” the Federal
Government has been squeezing out of those ranchers for
years? (Lavoy Finicum explained it in one of the videos he
made a couple weeks before he was murdered.)

Lavoy Finicum seemed to be a sane, sensible, even patriotic
man. On the video, he was sitting next to a watering hole
with his cattle, explaining the ranchers’ position.

It must account for a lot of money over time for the
federal government to be creating such a stink.
