I have looked for the brain graphic and cannot find it. My wife wants it bad. Do you have a link to where you got it, or is it all yours?
I followed a thumb/image link within your post but that led nowhere but wikipedia. Probably picked the wrong link.

Put your cursor on the image and click the right-hand button on your mouse- it will bring up a menu with an option for saving the image to your hard drive.
