The Left is always worried about the country being taken over by Christian fundamentalists. But if one looks objectively at the social trends, the opposite is true. The way things are going, Christians are more likely to be burned at the stake in about 50 years. Meantime, Islam will continue to be praised and elevated. In the short to mid term, the number of atheists will grow, but they will eventually become Muslim converts.

The love it because (a) it lets them identify with supposedly oppressed minorities, and (b) they have never lived under sharia law.

The reason is clear. Muslims are easily outraged and easily turn that outrage into violence. Unlike Christians, their religion glorifies killing non-believers. They are the perfect weapon to destabilize a society.
A destabilized society would then open their arms from any that can provide protection and order. In steps the globalist.
The question is will the globalist be able to control this demon they unleashed on the world, I suspect the answer is no
I think we saw that Christian hatred when the left opposed Trump’s first travel ban because it sought to rescue persecuted Christians.
