We need a physical double wall on the border.
It should be augmented by various penetration technologies.
The reason that technology is not a substitute for the wall is that technology can be turned off or defunded by the next liberal in line.
So many concern trolls that it's hard to keep track.
The wall or long-term incarceration. Direct the Attorney General to prosecute illegals and seek long prison sentences followed by deportation with no possibility of legal return ever - until the wall is funded. Use executive orders to accomplish the goal.
