NFL draft prospect Jabrill Peppers tested positive for a diluted sample at the NFL combine, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
A diluted sample, which doesn't necessarily prove the presence of a banned substance, constitutes a failed test.

Or dipping the cup because no one was watching, or bringing in synthetic urine, or binge drinking water......
Had a guy positive for pot once, he “drank it out” with water, tested neg then stopped drinking water. He was positive again next week and neg the next. It came back!
