Sounds like it’s time for a request to the Justice Department for an investigation of the Berkeley Police Department for not doing their job - if the JD under Lynch can go into Ferguson and Baltimore, the JD under Sessions can take a look at Berkeley.....

Tellingly, the investigative reporter who called Berkeley Police to ask about the status of Dabney Miller (here called IAN Miller) didn’t know ANY of the details known by the reporter.

This was assault with a deadly weapon or attempted murder. Skip the campus cops or local police, Trump needs to send in the feds.
Under RICO those organizing the illegal riots could ALL be charged with attempted murder. That’s the way to go. Federal charges.
