Uh, not really. Maybe for about 1950. The B-52’s https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boeing_B-52_Stratofortress maiden flight in April, 1952 made the Bear instantly obsolete. In fact, since the Bear’s maiden flight was in November, 1952 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupolev_Tu-95 , it was obsolete before it even got off of the ground.

Turboprops - not turbojets. Its got freaking PROPELLERS, for crying out loud.
