A back wheel became dislodged from a moving vehicle in Turkey's southern Adana province and rolled down the street at a fast pace, before entering a pharmacy and hitting two persons inside the store.
"We are a pharmacy. We were waiting for patients. A wheel came instead. We're shocked," pharmacy owner Abdulkadir Erdeve said, commenting the unusual incident.

The incident happened Friday, when the loose wheel first wobbled around and then headed to the open door of the pharmacy, hitting Ibrahim Obaz and Volkan Ay, who were visiting pharmacy owner Erdeve.

I like the NASCAR announcer’s song about that;
“You picked a fine time to leave me loose wheel...”
Gosh, I hope this doesn’t result in an anti-wheel backlash or sentiment. Most wheels are peace-loving. This was obviously a self-radicalized, lone-wolf wheel who was simply expressing its circumferencial differences the only way it knew how.
Oh my....that was really bad my friend.
At least the men were in proper attire.
“We were waiting for patients. A wheel came instead.”
Time to change the marketing campaign.
Saw this happen to a semi while driving on i-10 on the la-tx border. Wheel just rolled down the road at 60 mph for like a quarter mile before going off road. I was right behind it, just about the craziest thing I ever seen.
Please, no tired old cliches
Most wheel owners are in favor of background checks for new purchases of wheels. At the very least, we need to put in place common-sense rules for wheels. Do they really need to be round? A trapezoidal wheel would not have simply rolled into a pharmacy.
“At least the men were in proper attire.”
Good one.
There must be something about I-10... while driving toward Jacksonville a VW Beetle in front of me lost a wheel.
Had wheel break off my 66 landcruiser while wheeling down a mountainside in the desert a full days walk from the nearest human. It was pitch black and had no idea where the wheel went, so just camped right there and found wheel in the morning. Looked like 3 of the lugs had sheared on one side because the other 3 presumably got loose. Grabed a nut from 3 tires and very slowly made my way 30 miles back to a paved road, and very slowly made it 120 miles back to reno with just 3 out of 6 nuts all on one side
that was a wheely bad joke
