That’s true. But the red marker on his hands and feet make me think that he sees HIMSELF as Christ. Being crazy and writing stuff on your forehead is not a reliable ticket to heaven.

Just a swag here, but I’m guessing any family members or loved ones of the victims think a scumbags actions matter very much.

Evil can never be forgiven. It must be fought and eliminated without prejudice.

only God knows his heart and intentions.

we can all guess and share opinions, but only he and God know what his final thoughts or communication with God was.

He could have accepted God or asked forgiveness in final moments when too weak to undo what he had (or some one) had done to him.
