This is a “ tooth rattler”. If you have ever ridden the “ cobbles” you know what I mean.
Never did this race, but have ridden on very short sections of true cobbles and they are a test...
Not really. I don’t get it. Could you explain it more clearly?
I have ridden on what is called ‘cobblestone’ around the Midwest. Most is brick, some are granite pavers.
And always DRY.
They did not look as mean as the photos of Paris Roubaix cobblestones.
From the photos, they appear fatal to man and machine.
