Vietnam War Veterans Day

As a 'Nam vet I say thank you.
As a 'Nam vet I ask, why did it take 40+ years?

Because we now have a president who respects the service even though he did not go.

from the article :
". . . the longest conflict in United States history.""

I thought it lost the title of longest to our being in Afghanistan, another non-war war not yet nearly as large or deadly but they're working on it. Control of the opium trade is at stake just like it was in SE Asia, so . . .

History rhymes again.

Nice of em' to put this holiday on my birthday, though, I can demand a double cake and double ice cream.

Something else PRESIDENT Trump has done to cause the heads of the snowflakes and their Marxist "perfersers" to explode. LOL.

Winning.

Not that I really give a $hit, and I sure as hell wouldn't have expected anything from scumbags Clinton or Obama, but what about the Bushs?

We should have a VJ day or would that be racist? And we also need a VE day as well. I think I read we had them but liberals took them away. We also need Pearl Harbor day brought back, some calendars have it. We also need Flag Day back as well, June 16. Then WW1 Armistice Day was changed to Veteran’s Day which I have no qualms whatsoever but since we have Memorial Day why not revert back and honor our vets with the days they served under. Just MHO.

Wow....well,..*ahum*....to my fellow VN era
Vets. My sincere thanks and admiration for those who remained faithful and true, those who stood together when the early years left
us with very few to lean on, and ears to listen....it took me years to find another handshake that meant something.Enjoy the day
