The juvenile suspects were arrested last week, after several students were sent for 'forensic interviews' with the Children’s Alliance of South Texas. Results suggested that a 'crime had been committed,' Ritchey said.
So they're basing it on interviews with a social agency...i.e. likely very liberal views.

I guess that new homosexual coke commercial gave them the wrong idea.
Can’t imagine the absolute hell those kids went through, and then had to walk the halls of that school injured, ashamed and embarrassed. Then the pain the parents felt. Absolutely sick.
Severe punishment needed for the criminals obviously. The school should also be looked at. What kind of lazy lack of supervision could let something like this happen?

The same type of assault happened in a high school near me about 10 years ago. It happened on the varsity baseball team in an affluent area. The perpetrators were convicted of very serious crimes. It involved baseball bats and the victim could have died from the assault.
