It’s the teachers and cirriculum that are rotten. There are a few good teachers, but they are fewer and fewer, and they are forced to use the indoctrination materials or suffer the consequences. This is not my opinion, it is factual.
Of course, there may be a few districts here and there that are run by decent human beings that have less infection, but they are the exception, no the rule.

I home schooled and tutored a fair number of children in 80s, and it was bad then. I read about education as it is an interest of mine still. What is going on in schools now is nothing more than the crassest of propagandizing, abuse both psychological, spiritual and physical.
Education colleges that everyone who wants to be a public school teacher must attend are loathesome factories, spitting out robots whose heads are filled and utter nonsense, lies and propaganda, and good people are quickly weeded out.
It is actually very easy to teach children to read, to figure, and to think. I used to do it with library books and invented many methods using paper and pencil. After several years of home schooling, my two children had to go to public school a year and the authorities were horrified (home schooling was actually illegal in some states then) and thought my kids would have to go into lower grades, so they tested them. Both wound up in the gifted or whatever it’s called classes, above 90 percentile in everything, except one not so good in math. They asked me what kind of training I had. I said I was a high school dropout, which was true. It blew their minds.

A similar incident happened in a near by high school to me about 13 years ago. Three senior football players attacked three junior players at practice camp after lights out.
It was real, it was full on, and it happened.
Can’t imagine the absolute hell those kids went through, and then had to walk the halls of that school injured, ashamed and embarrassed. Then the pain the parents felt. Absolutely sick.
Severe punishment needed for the criminals obviously. The school should also be looked at. What kind of lazy lack of supervision could let something like this happen?

I am assuming that in a lot of cases, that moral compass is not there, even in the “best” of families.
I hear priests at my church plead for parents to bring their children to Sunday school and, not just to drop them off, but to stay for services themselves. That falls on a lot of deaf ears. And that is happening among supposedly Christian families.
