SPRING, Texas -- A day care worker has been charged after allegedly slamming a young girl to the ground at a Texas day care.
On Wednesday, a parent notified the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable's office that her child had been injured at the Children's Lighthouse Daycare on the 2800 block of Waterbend Cove.
Investigators said they have uncovered video footage showing Gregory Diglin grabbing a 4-year-old girl by the arm and slamming her to the ground. According to the video, the child's face hit the floor and she immediately began to scream in pain.
He then took the child to the other side of the room and attempted to clean up her injuries, authorities say.

Put him in lockup and let the other inmates know what he did.....

Everyone I know here in the northeast except a few work. I mean none of the mothers are home with their kids.
That’s supposed to be better ok. I know some mothers can be abusive and should have help. Not the majority.
A guy working at a day care? No
Basically just checking to see if he/she is on the sex offender registry. If that person is not then they are good to go.
Day care workers are nothing more than McDonalds workers.
Moms if you don’t have to put you kid in daycare DON’T. Keep them at home with you, this crap is why.
Background check?
My four year old could do a sight check on him and say no you’re not leaving me with him.
Well, still better than women staying home to raise their own kids.

A daycare near us regularly has a few men working in the after-school and summer programs for school aged children. It is the only way to manage too many of the older boys, especially those from single mothers who’ve never had a male responsible for them.
Truth? A four year old deserves for the parents to be living in the truth. I’ve lost a lot of associates over that.
Big difference. Men and toddlers? Only devoted honest fathers (biological, legally adoptive or step). Likewise, women with groups of older boys. No for different reasons

Mom just had to have a “career” rather than be with her 4 year old. She left her baby with this man.
Let’s be honest shall we? In “truth”? Most moms leaving their kids at daycares are single mom, no dad in the picture. This is not true of all of them but the majority. Not saying it’s the case here, but would it surprise you if it were? Mom could not pick the right dick to get pregnant by so she has to leave her baby with this monster rather than be at home, where she should be, taking care the baby she you would assume wanted to have.
By the time the mom sues the crap out of the Children’s Lighthouse Daycare and Diglin, let’s hope she’ll have enough money to stay home with her child.
Looks a little bit like John Hinckley. Definitely not right in the head. Throw him in prison with general population and let the inmates hand out some jailhouse justice.
What’s a “man” doing in a daycare with toddlers?
I would never trust a man at a daycare center.
Women are generally sexually passive. Men...well men have tendencies that are very hard to control. And in this case, he has not the patience. Men don’t have the patience for childcare. Perhaps their own children, but not others.
I worked at a childrens summer camp when I was 16 to 19. But that was it.

That would be older children. This guy was messing with toddlers. And he may be the type who hates girls.
they arent sexually passive anymore, and women go after targets they know they can generally win - elderly, and kids.
so there is no panacea. its all a crapshoot today entrusting people to those that are strangers and do not care about them personally.
