Will give her the benefit of the doubt that she saw her kid "by chance" it's a small world after all, anything can happen. So say she runs into her kid at Wal-Mart and see her with her teacher, knows it's wrong and does not tell her Lawyer? The Judge? Police? All she had to do is say "I was at "such and such place and saw my kid by chance and she was with this person". Good grief it happens. Are people so stupid as to think their story can not be verified?

Just my suspicion here but I am not entirely convinced that Elizabeth is a ‘victim’. She called herself a ‘wife’ on social media and that makes me think she was at least partly into the relationship with Cummins.
Now did she plan to go with him when she disappeared? Maybe not. But she surely was involved with him and while she is not of legal age I can’t help but view her more as a runaway than as a victim of an abduction.
We live not all that far from Columbia in a very remote and
sparsely populated area. Tad Cummins has a wife and kids
already who must be so ashamed of his cankered old butt at
this point. He is ruining a young girl’s life all the while
thinking he’s got it all going on. Ugh. Lee.
