New Wave began in the late 1970’s, with bands like Talking Heads and Blondie.

“Life During Wartime” is my all-time favorite Talking Heads song.

When it first came out, my reaction to the lyrics was that they were strange but it was a good song.

That brought back a lot of memories. I saw them in concert during that era. The show was fantastic. Minimal special effects but lots of energy and talent.
