“Sex Ed?”

Being that the age of consent is 17 I doubt that she can be charged as a child molestor. However, there may be a no fraternization policy by which she can be fired by the school. I’m thinking she will probably walk.

Actually, a lot of states have laws that criminalize sexual contact between teachers and students, caregivers and their charges, etc. Even if the student isn’t a minor or is above the age of consent.
