Remember the man who prophesied to Paul about going to Rome in shackles? That was not in the Old Testament. Mark 13:23 was in reference to the end times, correct? So, if Jesus states that He has LITERALLY told them all they need to know about the end times, why didn’t He mention the pre-trib rapture?
Back to Acts. The man’s name was Agabus and he had predicted a great famine in Acts 11:27-30. Then in Acts 21:7-14 is the record of his prophecy regarding Paul.
The only problem I have with the current major theology of Spiritual gifts is many churches don’t follow the rules put forth from God through Paul’s teachings, and that includes the fact the not all speak in foreign languages (tongues) and we should desire the higher gifts.
But that is for another thread.
The last half of the video is actually worrisome because of the Jewish view of Messiah. Even John the Baptist asked Jesus if He is the Messiah because the description of the Messiah that is most favorable is that of His second coming when all the enemies of the Jews are gone and He saves them bringing great blessings as a Warrior King, not through servanthood and dying for them.
I smiled at the man who said he didn’t view Trump as the anti-Christ.
What America needs is a revival. If America has a revival, I believe the WORLD will, too, because of technological media. Another reason is that God allowed a revival before His judgment against Judah for child sacrifice and worshipping false gods. That was NOT FORGIVEN. [2 Kings 24 but read 23 also] The king who “legalized” it was forgiven when he repented and tore down all the altars. It was his grandson Josiah who led the revival.
If Trump has a Nebachudnezzar moment of enlightenment (hopefully without the insanity), it could happen. Wait on the LORD and have faith in His patient lovingkindness. If the revival and Great Tribulation occur simultaneously, blessed are those who overcome.
I watched Kim Clement’s show for the last few years and there are lots of odd prophecies that remain unfulfilled. Some about future presidents etc. That doesn’t mean they won’t happen in the future years. My take about the prophecy about Bill Gates is that it hasn’t happened YET. Look for it in the future and remember where you heard it.
Kim Clement’s prophecies gave me hope about the presidential election outcome, even though it seemed like Donald Trump could never win, even on election day. Kim said, before the 2004 election (vs Obama), when Hillary looked unbeatable, that she would “never” become president. Kim also prophesied about the 2016 presidential winner several times but never mentioned gender until one time he said “he”. He also said something like “pray, because the evil forces are trying to put a witch [feminine gender] in the White House”.
I started to look for presidential election prophecies back around 2004, out of curiosity mainly. I was a skeptic and had grown up in a traditional church that never accepted post-New Testament prophets. General, vague prophecies always annoyed me. Prophets like Kim Clement, who go into prophetic details, and take a lot of flak, interest me. However always pray and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal His truth aka “test the spirits” first because there’s too much deception out there, even in the prophetic world.
Sorry, I meant the 2008 primary (Hillary vs Obama) above, not 2004. Hillary was supposed to be a shoo-in, and the presidents were supposed to be Clinton/Bush/Clinton.
Lance Wallnau, friend of Kim Clement and another prophet is interesting to listen to. He doesn’t prophesy future events like Kim did, but he comments on facebook almost every day in reaction to current day events. Lance came under huge attack with his “Trump is anointed King Cyrus from Isaiah 45” prophecy in 2015. He even personally prophesied that to Mr Trump in early 2016. Lance put 30 years of ministry on the line with his prophecy, and wrote a book “God’s Chaos Candidate (Trump)” before the election. He ended up totally vindicated. He now has access to the White House and spear-heads a movement to take back the “7 mountains of influence” e.g government, schools, arts, media etc for God
Kim Clement and Lance were supposed to go to Trump Tower on Labor Day weekend Sept 2015, to talk to Mr Trump. I think Kim wanted to anoint him like Samuel anointed David to be king. That was the weekend that Kim was struck down with his first stroke due to the brain tumors that ended up killing him. Kim died at the end of November and I believe he knew “his candidate” was elected President.
