On March 2 we had a 13 year old boy rob a 75-year-old woman at gunpoint and Earlier the same day police said a 76-year-old man was shot in the arm with a pellet gun during an armed robbery attempt by a group of juveniles he thwarted by using pepper spray.
I have a hard time shedding a tear when I hear about young kids getting shot down on the streets, unless they were just innocent bystanders. We have had a string of armed robberies by young kids these last few years.
