Dash cam footage has captured the moment an Oklahoma Sooners quarterback was tackled by cops into a concrete wall after he tried to flee from police officers while drunk.
Baker Mayfield was arrested in Fayetteville, Arkansas on February 25 on misdemeanor complaints of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and fleeing.
Footage from the dashboard camera of a cop car shows the 21-year-old being interviewed by police following an incident at a restaurant that involved Mayfield.

Those cops obviously didn’t play for Texas.
Why is the Daily Mail so interested in what happens in Oklahoma? I sure see a lot of U.S. news from UK papers these days. I understand them covering things the U.S. “media” won’t (conservative good news/liberal bad news), but college football players? I wonder what the Brits think about this story.....
Good thing he’s not black.
He was rushed and sacked but, there are penalty flags on the play...against the offense .
We are looking at some really big yardage lost....
He should have gotten arrested in Oklahoma. It would have already been forgotten and his record would have been cleaned up. Arkansas won’t care about sweeping it under the rug.
Probably down on Dickson Street near the trees that Billy Clinton climbed back around 1969 while naked as a jay bird.
Kinda different when you have 4 or 5 Yuge guys in between you and your adversary, eh?
Good noggin smack on the concrete.
Uppin’ his street creds for his future NFL career.
What was a Big 12 Conference Sooners QB doing in the home of the Arkansas Razorbacks? There's really no other reason to be in Fayetteville that I can think of unless its related to football.
He was audibly crying at the end.
Gotta be humiliating to get your sails trimmed, from the hero on shoulders and chasing after half dressed girlfriends, to getting your netherregion kicked to the curb, and cuffed face down, on camera.
All the while, whining...
Sonny needs to grow up. But, boy has he been fun to watch play ball.

QB sneak that didn’t work at all.
