Vanity: Question about FISA warrant for wiretapping and Dossier

Do you think this FISA warrant was issued because of the fake dossier that McCain gave to the FBI? That gave them the ammo to obtain the warrant. If so, this has McCain's fingerprints all over it.

The dossier was written by a former British MI6 intelligence agent, Christopher Steele, who went into hiding after the release of the dossier.

In June 2016 it was revealed that the Democratic National Committee website had been hacked by Russian sources, so Fusion GPS hired Orbis Business Intelligence, a private British intelligence firm, to look into any Russian connections.[6] The investigation was undertaken by Orbis co-founder Christopher Steele, a retired British MI6 agent with expertise in Russian matters. Steele delivered his report as a series of two- or three-page memos, starting in June 2016 and continuing through December. He continued his investigation even after the client stopped paying for it following Trump’s election.[6]

On his own initiative, Steele decided to also pass on the information to British and American intelligence services because he believed that the findings were a matter of national security for both countries.[8] However, he became frustrated with the FBI, which he believed was failing to investigate his reports, choosing instead to focus on investigating Hillary Clinton’s emails. According to The Independent, Steele came to believe that there was a “cabal” inside the FBI, particularly its New York field office linked to Trump advisor Rudy Giuliani, which blocked any attempts to investigate the links between Trump and Russia.[8] In October 2016, he passed on what he discovered so far to a reporter from Mother Jones magazine.

What is the evidence that Russians “hacked” the DNC?

It seems far more likely that Seth Rich exposed the DNC, or the AWAN brothers did it.

Yes, but wasn’t there something about McCain sending someone over to pick it up for the uniparty?

Yes....

Assange is the key player in all of this. He must be coerced into revealing his source

Whether Assange does or does not reveal his source, the FISA court applications, briefs if any, and orders must be released and published ASAP.

Who told Hillary Clinton that a server in Trump Tower was connected to a Russian bank? Somebody broke the law. What did the ex-President know, and when did he know it?

And, just so we’re all on the same page, remember the the Senate has TWO DIFFERENT punishments available following conviction on a Bill of Impeachment - removal from office, which does not apply to persons currently out of office, AND “disqualification from any office of trust or profit under the United States” IN THE FUTURE, which should certainly be applied to Obama, Jarrett, Holder, Lynch, both Clintons, and anybody else involved in this dreadful affair.

Unfortunately, US Senators cannot be impeached.

Below is a link to the Slate article that describes how some civilian computer security folks saw an issue w/one of Trump's servers.

I am unaware, and the article doesn't mention, if or how this info was propagated to the FBI, or whether or not this is what was used as justification for the FISA warrant.

Need those warrants out NOW! It was a mistake to complain about this w/o having that in hand. Now the bad actors are forewarned have time to cover their tracks if they haven't already!

For a FISA, needs to be potential foreign Intel value. But the scope was apparently limited to some Trump Tower server connecting to a Russian bank or two. See the Oct 31 Slate article. But this is all guesswork.

Trump should be able to review all 2 or 3 FISA requests (if he hasn’t already), and then let Congress determine if the requesters lied about the probable cause justifying them - then you’d prove perjury, and I suppose it’s made worse because it had an intent to abuse executive power.

Yes.

The “journalists” who claim they exposed Trump’s “Russia ties” are always enthusiastically quoting McCain, as is Lynn de Rothschild, probably the money behind said journalists. Search “McCain” on Twitter and you will see....

Why do we assume legality would keep Obama from “wiretapping” Trump.

He’d do it illegally with or without a warrant.

Wasn’t the first FISA request made three days after Bill Clinton’s secret tarmac meeting with AG Lynch? Did Bill pass along Christopher Steele’s anti-Trump dossier? Demand that she use it as an excuse for spying on Trump?

In that time period, Hillary faced two big problems:
1) Investigations into her illegal server were destroying her credibility and keeping her off message.
2) WikiLeaks revelations were showing her to have cheated Sanders out of the nomination, sold her office through Bill Clinton, Inc., hired goons to fomented false flag violence (the last came from Veritas rather than Wikileaks), etc.

They wanted to blame the WikiLeaks on Russian interference, and use a server issue against Trump to paint them as equally untrustworthy. Linking Trump to Russians through a computer server, is just too perfect not to have been manufactured by the campaign as a meme they would plant in Salon, then tweet and echo into a major story. Existence of a FISA warrant would “leak” from the DoJ, etc. This could work without actual surveillance even taking place — they just needed to create the impression that it was, right before the election.

Trump should be able to review all 2 or 3 FISA requests (if he hasn’t already), and then let Congress determine if the requesters lied about the probable cause justifying them......then (1) you’d prove perjury, and, even worse, (2) b/c the intent was to abuse executive power.

That's a good beginning....and then it gets downright lethal for the Obama gang:

Via Breitbart, JOHN HAYWARD observed that the FISA court may have approved a warrant submitted without Trump’s name but “which Obama then misused to spy on Trump and many connected to Trump.”

Ergo the most serious legal jeopardy that might be faced would be (a) perjury for lying to the FISA court, and, (b) the dissemination of collected intelligence that should have been kept tightly classified.

It is also entirely possible that Obama and his legal team may have perjured themselves before the FISA court by willfully withholding material information in order to manipulate the FISA court’s willingness to permit the government surveillance.

FALSIFYING GOVT DOCUMENTS would fall under the Crimes Act of 1958. Moreover, falsifying official documents is the criminal MO to hide larger crimes.

EXCERPT A person falsifying documents can be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years.

Also, if official government documents or govt authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. Legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting fact-based information
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

That rings true....b/c the one and only reason Democrat president Obama would have for wire-tapping the Repub presidential candidate is to feed any useful intel to Hillary's campaign. Read on.

===============================================

THIS WE KNOW AS FACT: The Pittsburgh FBI field office (Cyber-security Unit) is investigating to identify those behind breaches of the DNC's computer systems. The trail leads to a family of Muslim IT staffers who worked exclusively for Democrats on Capitol Hill.

The FBI is looking at Muslim Brothers Imran, Abid, and Jamal, Imram's wife Hina Alvi,
and several others in the Capitol Hill gang doing IT exclusively for Democrats.

The computer-savvy Muslim brothers (Imran here) seemed to be friendly w/ the Clintons.
It's very odd to see a lowly Capitol Hill staffer get that close to a bigshot Clinton.

Did the brothers share Democrats' Capitol Hill intel w/ the Clintons?

Did the Clintons order data coming into the DNC computers?

===================================

The Awan criminal Muslim gang collected $5 million tax dollars from congressional offices for IT services. Trickling in is compelling evidence that they overbilled the Democrats, stole US govt property and funneled intel to an outside computer.

The number of Democrats who employed these criminals could number as high as 80 Democrat members.

Did any Democrat publicly express concern for taxpayers being bilked?

Did any Democrats act to protect the safety and security of Americans?

Did any Democrats act to protect US intel?

Did any Democrats file police reports?

<><> for stolen govt property?
<><> falsified official govt documents?
<><> falsified payment vouchers?

I didn't think so.

================================================

Let's just help out and report it for them (smirk)

The DNC leaks were likely an insider (Seth Rich). The DNC refused to let the FBi examine the servers. There might have been evidence of criminality on them and they wanted to control the narrative.

CrowdStrike (a Google-owned company) did the investigation:

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/01/06/dnc-russian-hacking-conclusion-comes-google-linked-firm/

From that the Russian Conspiracy Theory was hatched - the Russians did it to help Trump.

That was a false narrative created by Hillary & Company.

Trump’s wife is Eastern European. He didn’t want to go to war in Syria with Russia.

It’s all about ‘the narrative’ with Democrats. Come up with a big lie and then frame events to fit the lie. They’ve been doing it for months now.

I’d read the “Dossier” (total b.s.) originated on 4chan. It was likely Deep State psy ops.

The Saudis own Clinton. They own the Bush family. They wanted to topple north African governments so they can get a pipeline to Europe.

Globalists saw the mass migration from the crisis they created as a way to brown out the white populations of Europe and speed up decline via a Muslim/Leftist pact.

Muslims will team up with the Leftists (gays, Jews, useful idiots) until they have sufficient numbers and then they will kill them.

Trump represented the biggest threat to the open borders globalists’ plans and he still does. That’s why the level of hostility coming his way is unmatched in modern history. We are only seeing the early stages of it.
