Former musician was found dead of an apparent suicide
Tommy Page, the singer known for his 1990 hit Ill Be Your Everything, died Friday, the Associated Press reports. He was 46.
Page, who after his music career became publisher of Billboard magazine, was found dead of an apparent suicide in New York, according to Billboard.com editorial director Denise Warner.
Billboard Entertainment Group president John Amato said, We are all mourning the loss of our friend and colleague, Tommy Page.

No one’s life is perfect, mine included, but I never contemplated suicide. RIP Tommy, may Christ hold you in his arms.
“......survived by his husband Charlie......”
Uh-huh.
One “hit” from 1990 by a guy no one has ever heard of, and they call that a “career”. Whatever...
SanFranSicko. Turn the Page.
Phrases “his husband” and “her wife” seem to have lost the shock value they once had, thanks to homosexual conditioning.
Never heard of him. However, in popular music, there are scores of people making a living who remain unknown to the general public. There is a lot to this that was purposely left out. Materially and socially, he was very successful. I suspect drug addiction or clinical depression may be a part of it. It will come out soon, if anyone is still waiting to know.
That’ll never sound right to me.
Everything but a real husband and a real father and everything else that goes with it.
Sad. Never heard of him or his billboard song.
Homosexuals have a higher than normal incidence of alcoholism, drug addiction, mental illness and yes, suicide, and yet many insist on dragging innocent children into their misery. Disgusting.
Listening to that song again reminded me that pop radio reached a real nadir in 1990-1991. It wasn’t singing, it was MOANING.
I’m not sure what was worse: the pseudo-orgasmic moaning of that era, or the auto-tune hell that came along about ten years later.
RIP.
If the deceased had a slightly different name, oh let’s say,
something like Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin!), I guarantee you, this thread would be up to 475 postings by now.
And most of the people 30 and under would roll their eyes and say in a text message; ‘Oh Boy. Here they go again, those Boomers’ glorifying how great music was ‘back then’, and how we missed living among the giants!:)
Never Ever heard it.
I'd bet the "over" on that 475 postings. One post I guarantee you wouldn't see is "Jimmy Page was OK, but Tommy Page was the one who really had the talent." I listened to that "hit" song for the first time today, and it was awful.
It seems funny how many of these teen heartthrobs that young girls fawn over turn out to be gay: Neil Patrick Harris, Ricky Martin, Lance Bass (N’Sync), Jonathan Knight (New Kids On The Block) to name a few.
A lot of it has to do with the very real gay "casting couch" in the business.
