Ok. The opening paragraph to that linked article states:

Called upon by WHO exactly? Who gave this Cybersecurity expert authority to breach Trump's systems?

Somebody put up a link to info on one of the other threads, and the link has the phrase “tea leaves” in it.
I tried searching for it and can’t find it.
