Correct. They are already arguing the fact they the wiretap is “proof” Trump was guilty of colluding with the Russians in the first place

So they’re already preparing a circular argument that the taps Justified the taps even though the taps got no evidence to justify the taps

The crime.. the kill shot ..the smoking gun..is when any thing collected went out side the people that had a need to know for any legitimate investigation.

One anything that was collect go outside the firewall that should be in around legitament investigation

It like tax records. The goverment can have that infomation but in can not be sharing outside that Agency for political reasons ...we know they do that but it’s illegal to do that
