Another one bites the dust. The Jets continued their offseason purge Thursday night and now appear to be heading toward a completely new wide receiver corps. The team is planning to cut wide receiver Brandon Marshall after two seasons with Gang Green, according to a source.

Hello, my name is Clutch and I’m a Jets fan...
Another star whack job becoming a born again Patriot with Bill and Tom....
Hello Clutch.
Take heart, I am a Falcons fan.
Excuse me while I go choke....
Clutch and Dacula - quit yer snivlin. I’m a Bengals fan.
Maybe they are looking for some receivers that can get open?
PS Bryce Petty is the future of the Jets. I saw him play for Baylor when they were in the National Championship hunt. Get him a couple Julian Edelmans/Wayne Chrebets and watch them move down the field.
Brandon Marshall can get open, he just can’t catch the ball.
Specialy in an important situation.
I’ve got you all beat, I’m a Lions fan.
Defense wins championships. /S
How's your arm, Clutch? Got a tight spiral on the football? Hit a receiver at 40 yards on the run across your body? If so, the Jets need you now. They need a Clutch player.
Next years (2018) draft class has some good QB’s, looks like the Jets are going for a high pick.
I’m with you on Bryce Petty. Play him Jets and let him develop. The Titans and the Raiders were patient with Marcus Mariota and Derek Carr who are developing nicely with experience. By a clue Jets and stop with the instant success expectations. Petty should be the QB in 2017.
Not any more.
I was at the Colts/Broncos game where Marshall set the NFL single game record with 21 receptions. He had no trouble catching the ball that day. I remember sometime in the late 3rd or early 4th quarter telling my son “I think we’re watching history being made.”
I remember him as a Dolphin.
The team stunk and he seemed to mail it in.
