Blessings to you and your loved ones.
Well, back in my day you put the lime in the coconut, and drink ‘em both up.........
Maybe I’ll see you there.

God is in the details.
We have reservations in a Wyoming RV park directly under the eclipse. Where we are going it will be totally eclipsed for over 2 minutes. :)
We made the reservations last September, within hours of finding out about it. We got the LAST space they had. (Apparently a lot of people found out about it before we did.)
I’ve always wanted to see a total eclipse, but never thought I’d be lucky enough to.
I’m thinking about flying my Learjet up to Nova Scotia to see it.
My wife and I are going to Central Oregon where the Super 8 motels cost $900 for the night of August 20, and drop to under $100 for the nights before and after.
It is that desirable.
No, I am not paying that.
And then some. It will next fly by in 2,050 years
Trump’s fault!
*you know it’ll happen*
Smoky Mountains. Elevation 6643.
It is an observation area looking out onto TN and the Carolinas.
The event lasts only a few minutes, so why even get a motel room? Get up early, drive down then watch the show, if it’s not cloudy!
I’d be royally pissed if I spent $900 and it rained!.................
Here’s a hint:
You’re so vain, it won’t be there...............
I am going to be somewhere in South Carolina near St Matthews.
If the weather turns bad, I can get on I-26 and scoot to where it’s better.
I plan on driving up to Charleston SC. Been planning for about a year now.
Hopefully, Good Lord willing and the Creeks don’t rise, my wife and I will take a road trip to around Nashville in August...............
For the sake of some of the respondants and any unaccompanied child that stumbles onto this thread:

Unless of course there’s cloud cover. If so we will be heading for sunny skies.
