Why did Manchin vote “No” on the President’s Cabinet appointment of Wilber Ross to the Commerce Dept.? He talks like a conservative and votes with the Democrats.

You’re right about that. I read recently where his ACU rating was something like 40 vs 30 for Collins (ptewie)
He’s one of the good guys who at least tries to work for his constituents and America.
