I can imagine pizza in the greater-Orlando would be rather horrendous given their high-sulfur local water.
Importing water from elsewhere is likely a valid consideration for them, especially for a premium experience.

Disney has it's own water source and filtration plant. It also has it's own fire department, fire inspectors, security and pays for the maintenance of all highways that cross the property. In California, Walt built a small town. In Florida Walt, and after his death Roy Disney built their own county.
