The Bridgeport man accused of killing his girlfriend and sparking an Amber Alert when he took off with their 6-year-old daughter, was previously deported, immigration officials said.
"Oscar Obedio Hernandez, a citizen of El Salvador, was issued a Final Order of Removal by an immigration judge on Oct. 29, 201," said spokesman Shawn Neudauer.

That’s simply not true. His directive to not honor requests from the Feds is 100% legal. It’s wrong, and most people don’t like it, but it’s legal.

Bridgeport polls kept open an extra hour when Malloy was losing when first elected. He was losing, fake ballots put him over the top.
Legal? It’s legal to allow illegals to roam free? It’s thinking like yours that has put us in this mess.
I’m convinced he stole at least one of them. The first time Bridgeport ran out of ballots and more were photocopied in the Dem Mayor’s office, then the extend voting several hours.
If you’re going to win battles, you’re going to need to know what’s a fact and what isn’t. The governor’s directive is 100% legal.
