When you think about it, this is a genius move on Trump's part. The thing that the NYT, LA Times, CNN, and the other fake news organizations have to sell is that they are "real, serious news organizations" who have the kind of access that gives them credibility. They did nothing to earn it, other than be the relatively big dogs in the pack.
Excluding them from these events delegitimizes them and takes away one of the key products they have to sell, which is news about the President and the White House. These arrogant lying swine are suddenly orphan children, on the outside looking in, wistfully, at a world they can no longer control or even enter.
And I have two very harsh words for them.
