Time to start impeaching. Last time I checked it was illegal to collude behind the scenes fanning the flames of war with a foreign government.

McCain started his major push for dominance in 2008. He knew he would lose the election but would be made the “party leader”. He used his Vet status to assure all fell in line.
Now he has been totally out manuvered. He hates Trump and hates playing second fiddle. Lots of money involved and Trump has his $. McCain had to weasel his monies. Now he is doing everything to obstruct Trump. He is worse than the MSM. He doesn’t care who knows. He believes no one will ever charge him for collusion with Obama and hillary. Trump may call his bluff.
I don’t care to see an American elected official dragged off to the Hague. This would be for the Senate to enforce against its own member, and I don’t see them doing such.
Insane McCain’s shadow war in Libya, Syria and Ukraine is sickening. Blood is on his hands as he represented the USA supporting proxy wars and overthrow of governments. He not only broke Federal law, he should also be tried at the Hague (along with Obama and Clinton)for unilaterally trying to overthrow governments and causing a humanitarian crisis. The GOP turns a blind eye and the idiots in Arizona keep him in office.
I found this tidbit on Willaim Blount's Wikipedia page.
If the senate didn't believe that impeachment was appropriate for one of it's members (they have senate rules for dealing with members) I would think that impeaching these two traitors is off the table in regards to the senate. Not that you couldn't do it... as you say, I think the constitution does provide for it. The question is; would the senate accept it. Since it has previously refused, I'm not sure that this would be a successful strategy.
They will end up resigning in disgrace.
Senators are censured.
