A reasonable person would think the constituents in the nation would have a fit of we just threw away billions of dollars spent. Just my opinion however and loony lefties never fail to surprise me.
Give it some kind of Historical Neighborhood designation so no changes are allowed.
The wall will be huge! It will become a Monument. President Trump can get that done.
I know Trump has every intention of building the wall. His EO was on very solid ground but still got blocked. My point is l will be surprised if it actually gets built. It might be but it will tough sledding.
It won’t get torn down, too much of a political price. But like others say, it won’t be used to deter the invasion, if that’s what a future administration wants.
But hopefully we never get there. The Dems are in HUGE TROUBLE if Trump pulls off his agenda, and we really don’t have to worry about them winning again, at least not in the form they exist today...either they will much more center, or the Republicans will clean their clock for the next several generations.
Congress are dead on their collective ass, with the exception of SCOTUS.
Think about what you suggested running mates and replace the last names with Obama, Clinton, or worse.

Which nepotism law applies to a free election process? Which law school did you go to? If siblings run on a platform, together, and elected by the people.. why not?
Also, what about the fact that WE AREN'T A DAMNED DYNASTIC nation. You want the Obamas to have that kind of power? What about the Clintons, or any other lefty family? Or, for that matter, the Bushes? Were YOU all in for wee jebbie, this last time? The Bushes have a HUGE family, they keep reproducing, so by your illogical nightmare scenario, they could become the de facto "ROYAL FAMILY" of America?
And though the name no longer carries the punch it once did...how about the Kennedys?

Build it so that is indestructible and cost prohibitive to even consider tearing it down short of intergalactic war and the resulting Kuhm-buy-yall of societal evolution that is sure to follow.
I think there is a very good chance. All a lib has to do is call the wall "racist", and the lib minions will follow along like sheep. But who knows?
A revolution, Civil War, or military coupe would be the result if it were to be torn down.
If none of those things actually happen in response to such an action by a moonbat president, then the country really IS lost.
