President Trump wants to build a wall on the Mexican border. I support this wholeheartedly. What will happen when a future lib president/congress decides to tear it down? Will conservatives allow this?
I know this is an unpleasant topic, but something that needs to be considered and safeguarded against. We need to think long term.
President Trump should officially designate the Border Wall as a National Monument.
That will be the time for our next Civil War.
“Future administrations,” by which the author undoubtedly means democrats or democrats posing as republicans, more than likely will just build massive gaping entrances or turnstiles in the wall rather than tear it down.
It would cost money. Which Party controls the purse at that time?

That’s the reason why President Trump should declare the wall a National Monument as soon as it’s completed. He also needs to declare the area around the wall a “Wilderness Area” that is off limits to human traffic due to the large number of “endangered species” residing on both sides of the wall. The left has already started up with their “endangered species” bull**** to keep the wall from being built.
They would not have to tear it all down, just quietly open up a mile here and there.

by the time a liberal administration is in place, the wall will be over 24 years old and an historical landmark.

Things get built and things get removed/torn down. Explosives may become
a valuable commodity on the Mexico side after the wall gets constructed.
Well in all seriousness, if the left keeps acting the way they do - like psychotic neo-Nazis holding mini Kristallnachts anytime a Republican wants to speak or does speak - the next time a lib is elected POTUS will be never. Let’s hope the left keeps up the crazy because all they are doing is making it easier for a Repub to be elected.
Much depends on the impact of the wall and any deportations. If the economy booms and it becomes obvious to a majority of people that their lives are improved, that they are safer and their taxes are lower, tearing the wall down will be very unpopular. Democrats try to do things that have been focus-grouped and will be popular. They will probably concentrate on whatever replaces Global Warming instead. If it works, the wall will disappear from public discourse.
I'm hoping He is going to use His agents of wrath--Trump & Co.--to so damage the evil Left that we won't have to worry about them for a few decades!
My hope is that Trump gets the wall built and kicks out enough illegals in time for everybody to see and feel the benefits, putting to rest the fake claim that they valuable to the nation.
The Congress must pass a law requiring at least 2/3rds of a vote to remove the wall.
Everything that President Trump is doing as Executive Orders has to be backed up by Laws Passed by the Congress.Otherwise Trumps Executive Orders will be removed just as fast as Obama’s.
Move the garden of the Moose to the wall.
