The courts can do anything they want. Hell they’ve ordered taxes raised in the past They will simply sit at their benches and order the depth funded.

If it were someone other than Trump, the courts would concern me more.
But i have a feeling his patience with the courts is waning and hell, obama ignored the courts, and people would support Trump for doing the same.
