Officially his first win since losing the belt, since his win over Diaz was overturned on a drug test.
That’s kinda sad to see now that I think about it. One win in 3.5 years and I know he had to sit out a good bit of that time. Still his record since July 2013 is 1-4-1 with Weidman the only fighter who could finish him 2x.
I’m still mad at him because his foolishness cost him the Bisping fight.

Holm didn’t win actually, lost by decision. So I was wrong and you and the others were right on that pick.
I picked the winner but still feel like my prediction was way off. I didn’t see the fight, but it sounds like it was a pretty good one.
It was ok, not great, not a real barnburner. I think Cyborg will get the next title shot and win. Might be a while, de Randamie says she needs hand surgery, managed to win in spite of any injury though.
Dana White thinks it was a bad card. All the fights went to the judges other than the Jacare fight.
I most enjoyed Sliva/Brunson and Poirier/Miller, the later won fight of the night.
Damn, well I am happy I got the pick right, but not happy that Holly hasn’t been able to get a W since dethroning Rousy.
That makes me sad.
I hate it well all fights on a card go to the judges. it’s a real bummer, but every now and then that occurs, yet all the fights are somehow outstanding.
But there is really nothing worse than MMA judges.
I like “Fugi”. Maybe I’ll consider it for my next screename! :)
I agree 100% with your post. OK main event, OK card and enjoyed both fights that you mentioned.
