I’m waiting for someone to make a baked Salmon Sandwich.
Crab has such a bland to delicate taste, it’s almost like eating tuna, minus the ‘excitement’ of cracking shells and wearing bibs.

Crab has much more flavor than lobster. But it is a PITA to eat a fresh one (as opposed to packaged crab meat).

I like salmon and steelhead. But crab is 100 times better.
