I grew up eating “clean” meats and only tried crab as an adult and hated it. Twenty years later, attended a wedding in New England and decided to try lobster in the alleged best area in the world for it, and discovered it tasted just like crab!

I think they used to serve lobster to prisoners in NE, because it was considered a low end food.

We made a trip to Nova Scotia a few years back and stopped at all the McD’s along the way to get their Lobster Rolls. Pretty good and less than $5.

Mrs. BN is from Rhode Island and has a good idea of what a Lobster Roll should taste like.
