Robert Kraft and crowd mercilessly stick it to Roger Goodell

Goodell tried to congratulate Kraft. The Houston crowd so drowned out his words with boos, Kraft was perhaps the only person who could hear him clearly.

Then Kraft took the mic and was not subtle in saying this Super Bowl, following the drama around Brady allegedly commanding footballs to be deflated, was extra special.

“Two years ago, we won our fourth Super Bowl in Arizona and I told our fans that was the sweetest one of all,” Kraft said. “But, a lot has transpired during the last two years, and I don’t think that needs any explanation. But I want to say to our fans, our brilliant coaching staff, our amazing players, who are so spectacular, this is unequivocally the sweetest. And I’m proud to say, for the fifth time, we are all Patriots tonight.”

That was the most epic booing ever, almost better than the game to see this candy-ass puke get the cold shoulder from the Pats. I literally could not hear a word he said.

Got a heads up from one of our few relatives who watched the game.

He told us turn on our tv to the local faux channel.

At first my wife and I didn’t know what was happening.

Then I realized the NFL anti America Thug was getting booed.

My wife couldn’t believe the level of boos.

Out here in Former Niner country, patriots stopped coming to the games.

They didn’t miss any good football.

I think Kraft was also talking about Trump winning.

Kraft was straining to hear. Nobody could hear Goodall clearly.

I saw one bimbo broadcaster who explained why Goodall was booed. She mentioned a couple of minor things and totally ignored Goodell’s support of anti American trash.

I’m not a football fan but I can’t get enough of this game. From reading a delicious set of tweets, it’s evident that many liberals saw this as karma for Trump and the Trump-supporting team. They couldn’t restrain their eagerness to gloat.

Then the bottom fell out. The tweet, “This is what happens, America, when Trump picks a team to win by eight points”—made during halftime—turned out to be prescient [though the tweeter deleted it]. Obama used to pick a team, they’d lose. Good to see that’s not the way with Trump.

Goodall getting booed is the cherry on top.

You ever watch the NFL draft? Same thing. He gets booed when at the mike and everybody else gets applause.

This A$$HOLE makes a fortune. No job requirements. Who is he representing? He has screwed up every single issue. I doubt he can screw up sitting next to big wigs for his $45 Million a year.

He has an incredible track record of bringing money into the NFL. And that’s the only reason he’s tolerated.

That’s why I was pulling for the Patriots most of the year.

Goodell’s wife (Jane Skinner) used to be on Fox News Channel...now I can’t even imagine it.

It has become an American sport tradition to boo the commissioner of a professional sport. Watch NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman present the Stanley Cup in any of the past five or ten seasons. He’ll get booed again this June when he gives the Cup to the BlueJackets. (Well, at least one of those predictions will come true, anyway).

The Commissioner will always take the heat for anything wrong with the sport. But in Goodell’s case, it is richly deserved.

I think you have a strong point here. Pete Rozelle was a fairly unpopular NFL commissioner. Today, his NFL looks like a Golden Age.
