Trump Almost Perfectly Predicts Super Bowl Score

President Trump almost perfectly predicted the Super Bowl outcome. During his pre-Super Bowl interview with Fox News's Bill O'Reilly, Trump predicted the New England Patriots would win.

"By how many points?" O'Reilly asked.

"By eight points," Trump replied.

The final outcome -- which for the first Super Bowl was decided in a sudden death overtime -- was Patriots 34, the Falcons 28.

With the final touchdown in overtime, the game was won. There was no extra point. A two point conversion, the Patriots made two after the preceding two touchdowns, would have given the Patriots an eight point victory.

Trump was really going out on a limb there. An 8-point victory margin in the NFL is very uncommon. I came across a source that says only about 3% of NFL games have ever been won by exactly 8 points.

The most common victory margins are 3, 7 and 10 points -- which isn't surprising since these numbers represent a field goal, a TD (with an extra point) and a TD-FG combination.

No fawning ESPN mouthpieces asked Trump to be on their show, I assume. Obama was given a load of airtime on ESPN.

Probably true, but nobody knows 99.999 percent of those people are, and very few of them went public with it.

In the 4th quarter Atlanta followed Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s plan. How did Trump know?
