If my theoretical home state were e.g. a Sanctuary State, such as Washington and California are now declaring, my question is this:
Can I sue Said State for remuneration for illegally using my tax money for illegal purposes, such as subsidizing illegal immigrants in violation of Federal Law?
I want my money back......any ideas on this?
Contact Liberty Counsel or American Center for Law and Justice. Good start with those two groups.

Can the feds sue to have federal monies spent in the state on capital improvements returned?
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for states’ rights, but not to import terrorists and support them as welfare cases.
Excellent idea for a class action suite.
be careful suing city hall because they have more $$ than you do (and lawyers cost lots of $$$)...best to ask the do-good outfits to sue for you and all similarly situated aggrieved citizen taxpayers in one Big lawsuit (at their expense not yours)
having said that, you have a good argument!
(and I wish that also shareholders of corporations whose managers mis-use shareholder assets to advance the managers’ personal political predilictions... would also band together and file big shareholder lawsuits to stop that practice too)
As Tax ‘payer’, you will be found to have ‘no standing’. Now, git back to work you scoundrel!
