I believe you are correct. Big cities in the south do not put up with looting, pillaging or riots.
I was surprised that Charlotte let as much happen but yet those asshat folks that caused the carnage are in the system.
They are not out of the woods and the drive-by media is gone.
You may be right in general but I think New Orleans is one pretty well documented exception. Katrina, etc.
