As regards bullet point #45:

Federal Judge James Robart overturning this Executive Order is the first substantial challenge to President Trump. There will be many more, but this is the first.

A view of it from my perspective:

The person or people that WILL DIE as a result of the court ruling and the having to wait months, dont win out.

Of course I’m not certain one of these guys are gonna murder an American, but would anyone be shocked that some heinous crimes are committed by the guys the judge let back in?

it sucks. He’s a liberal judge so he doesn’t give a #### about American dying.

Good morning. I hope you have a beautiful day!

My day shall be filled with a horror-filled angst, an all-encomposing hatred that will ooze out into acts of murder and madness. Every single day is a constant series of disappointments, crushing defeats, petty revenges, upheavals and routs, loathed outcomes manifested, horrifying choices, antagonism and misery, lonely torment, anxiety and despair, a despondent sorrow that cannot break. Life is the darkness that only death itself can quench. The pain of existing outweighs the anguish of angst-ridden desolation in all ways.

After all, it is pointless to exist. The insufferable ennui of the drudgery of simple existance destroys, like a cancer in my heart, the shallow vanity of life. All that I ever do, all that I ever think, speak, or see: my life, my dreams, my hopes, my fears, my emotions, they all have no meaning, or effect, or hope, whatsoever. A lifetime of messing things up -- no more important than if I had succeeded in all my efforts -- both without meaning and without purpose. The wisps and cobwebs of this temporary reality have falsely proclaimed themselves as real, and in it's doing, destroyed all they touched.

Other than that, I'm good!

Off I go, to my monthly visit to lift the spirits of the elderly at a local nursing home! :)

America will just need to be patient while the SCOTUS gets corrected.

It is a good thing, IMO, that these arguments come before a Conservative SCOTUS and finally adjudicated in favor of the Constitution and NOT a rebellious, black robed kangaroo court opining as if they were Congress making law.

I haven't figured it out yet, but here in Pennsylvania, I cannot begin a school board meeting with prayer per a STATE SC that deemed it unconstitutional to do so.

No court can pen law and too many times an opinion is treated as law.

Be patient, America

It’s Super Bowl Sunday. America’s great religious holiday but a lot of us here are heretics these days. :)

My intention, when I wrote that (years ago) was to try to stir the readers heart, to feel the text deeply. I think I achieved that. Hopefully nobody died. :)

Each time someone dies as a result of this ruling, the bloody bandages need to be divided up and slapped on the desks of this judge, Schumer, Pelosi, and the Presidents of the MSM.

I think most readers would find it a bit overwrought. “Is that what I sound like? Geez, get a grip, Petunia!” Trying to verbalize deep suffering almost always ends up sounding like parody; words can’t do everything for us.

Well, that would be an unexpected — and delightful! — result.

Who knows, this little keyboard hand-wringing exercise may have SAVED a life or two. :)
