Try to imagine Voltaire or Thomas Paine robotically chanting an inane mantra and you get an idea of how silly it is. However, that is what Shia LaBeouf's livestream camera cult is doing outside the Museum of the Moving Image in the Astoria section of Queens, New York. When the livestream camera cultists are not mindlessly reciting that chant they are either loafing around doing basically nothing or getting arrested as happened to LaBeouf on January 26.

Another one who hit the Hollywood lottery when he was a kid and grew up to be an adult with the emotional maturity of a child. While millions of people in this country are struggling to support their family, their kids, this punk Shia is 30 years old, single, no kids to support, never had to go to College, never served his country and spends his days leeching off the hard work of other people. And how does he pay them back? By bashing the one guy who is sacrificing everything to help those people. Shia needs to replace the A in his name with a T because that’s what he is.

Based on my contacts with many transplanted New Yorkers, I get the impression that what conservatism exists in the Five Boroughs is mainly among the Italians.
Sensible folks with well-developed BS detectors.
I do know that Staten Island and the Orthodox Jewish parts of Brooklyn voted solidly for Trump.
Are there any other pockets of resistance in NYC — other than the editorial offices of the NY Post?
Someone please enlighten me on this ...
