Yeah, it's very strange what happened to him, it's like something in his mind just flipped a switch into crazy land or something. Usually that level of TDS is reserved for full blown militant liberals.
I don't see the EO's as being an issue nor the number of them. As with obie tobie's EO's it's what they are not how many of them. It's all part of doing the governments business for the leadership at every level to give written instructions. It's especially normal for a new CEO/President to issue guidelines on what and how he wants things done or to stop doing that'll be different than how things have been getting done before.

They are globalists - hence his tirades against tariffs.
Tariffs were once a plank in the Republican Party platform, yet that liar, Levin, speaks as if it is foreign to Republicanism.
He is owned, I believe, and he is required to satisfy his masters, as well as his true underlying ideology.
I no longer listen to him at all - period.
